For patients with stable mental health needs. Includes one scheduled 20-minute follow-up appointment every month, routine symptom monitoring, medication management support and prescription coordination when appropriate. Excludes ADHD management.
For patients requiring regular psychiatric follow-up. Includes one 20–30-minute psychiatric follow-up appointment per month, medication management, symptom monitoring and treatment plan adjustments as clinically indicated.
For patients requiring more frequent psychiatric support. Includes two 20–30-minute psychiatric follow-up appointments per month, medication management, symptom monitoring and brief supportive psychotherapy when clinically appropriate.
